Since your privacy is extremely important to us, we will not share any personal information (name, address, phone number, email address, etc.) provided to us with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order or protect against fraud/unauthorized transactions.
We only collect personal information when you:
- Register for an account
- Purchase Tickets or other items via our online checkout
- Access your account with your registered email address and password
- Sign up for our newsletter
We will not share, transfer, rent or sell your information. In essence, your personal information will never be used for any unauthorized purposes.
If you have an account with us, you can delete it at any time by sending a request to email@example.com. If you no longer wish to be on our email mailing list, you can unsubscribe by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any of our past newsletters or sales flyers.
Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
Tickets to productions at Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre are not mailed. Tickets are held at the theatre under your last name. For other items; please be assured that your items, such as Gift Certificates, will ship out within two days of purchase. All shipping will be completed through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre accepts all major credit cards as payment for online purchases including; Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Gift Certificates can also be used to make purchases on our website at www.beefandboards.com.
Tickets purchased on-line at wwwbeefandboards.com or through the Box Office by calling 317-872-9664 are non-refundable. Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre allows exchanges to a new date based on availability. A 24-hour notice is required to exchange your tickets and a small exchange fee will apply. Less than 24 hours prior to the show start time or following the performance, ticket exchanges are not available.
