Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre is a PCI-compliant business meaning we protect your data; implement security systems; utilize firewalls to protect personal information; encrypt cardholder data and personal information; and restrict employee business access to your data.
We partner with AudienceView, our e-commerce platform, to protect your information on secure servers. All information submitted through said secure servers is encrypted so please feel assured that all of your information will remain encrypted and confidential.
To prevent unauthorized access and ensure the correct use of information, we secure online transactions with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. SSL software encrypts your personal and billing information so it can be securely used to process the transaction.
We reserve the right to cancel orders, refuse service or terminate an account if deemed necessary.

This privacy policy explains how Beef & Boards collects, uses, shares and stores your personally identifiable information (referred to as ‘Data’ below) that may be collected by us on our site. Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre is based in Indianapolis, IN. All payments are processed through our shopping cart using state-of-the-art SSL encryption and all of your information is kept confidential. Please read the following policies and know that you can be confident Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre will protect you and your personal information.

Since your privacy is extremely important to us, we will not share any personal information (name, address, phone number, email address, etc.) provided to us with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order or protect against fraud/unauthorized transactions.

We only collect personal information when you:

  • Register for an account
  • Purchase Tickets or other items via our online checkout
  • Access your account with your registered email address and password
  • Sign up for our newsletter

We will not share, transfer, rent or sell your information. In essence, your personal information will never be used for any unauthorized purposes.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy

Tickets to productions at Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre are not mailed. Tickets are held at the theatre under your last name. For other items; please be assured that your items, such as Gift Certificates, will ship out within two days of purchase. All shipping will be completed through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

 

Payment Methods

Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre accepts all major credit cards as payment for online purchases including; Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Gift Certificates can also be used to make purchases on our website at beefandboards.com.

 

Refund Policy

Tickets purchased online at beefandboards.com or through the Box Office are non-refundable. Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre allows exchanges to a new date based on availability. Tickets purchased using any type of discount or promotion are not eligible for date exchange.  A minimum 24-hour notice prior to doors open time is required to exchange your tickets and an exchange fee will apply.  Less than 24 hours prior to the show start time or following the performance, ticket exchanges are not available.
