Red Velvet Torte
Two layers of red velvet cake filled and iced with a cream cheese icing, garnished with red velvet cake crumbs on the side and topped with a hand-decorated rosette with a white chocolate garnish and chocolate holly leaf and red chocolate lines.

Zucotto
Inspired by the Cupola of Italy’s Dome Cathedral in Florence, this dessert is filled with a mixture of sweetened whipped cream and chocolate, which is then spiked with rum before being topped with a slice of chocolate cake. It is then inverted and glazed in dark ganache, then drizzled with white chocolate and decorated for the holiday season.
